More for food than water

I have noticed that you get more money for water tips than you do for the dishes you make. You pay more for the food you make than you get back. I think this should be the other way around.

I see what your point is, but I'm pretty sure tapping water is their way of keeping us in the game. Your food will sell even if you aren't playing, but you actually have to be in the game to tap water. It's not like every customer has water either. I think it's good the way it is now. In fact, goals that have you serve water take me the most time simply because of how long it takes to serve that amount of water. If anything, they could have more customers asking for water.
