how long for support??

I added a thread here a week ago about all my gems being gone. The thread has now been closed, so I have started a new one.
The response I received was to email support.
I have now emailed support and heard back nothing.
I'm wondering how long support usually takes?? It has been almost a week now.
I only have one gem! Getting very sad. :(
