I pad mini got reset...

It got reset under wrong child's ...info. When we tried to retrieve whith corrected info. We were unable to...now my daughter is so sad cuz she had to start from the beginning of FF😓..So as a parent I have to at least ask...My question is can the account be retrieved with just the name of her forest...?😬 I think I know the answer...but I ask since I still have her as a neighbor (on lost account )..fingers crossed..
