Bingo games won't load

Since the last update in September 2015, I can get into bingo but the games says loading and never loads. I don't want to lose everything I have gained. How can I reinstall it without losing all my bingo, gems and coins? I get the message oh darn downloading please wait. Never downloads.

Your game progress is saved on the Storm 8 servers. When you delete and redownload, all your game progress will be there.
