What is that Flameball?

I see at some neighbors island something that looks like a flame fireball, what is that? It's small I think 1x1 size?
And how did they get that?

Does it have a small pair of dragon wings? If so, it's probably the Dragon Sun, an Android exclusive decoration. If you're on an Android device, it should be in the market. If you're on an iOS device, don't worry, you're not missing out on much. :P (I think an iOS user can have one by switching between devices, though.)
