counters full but customers not recognizing food

My rating is down to a 10. All my counters are full but when the customers come in they are recognizing the food. They just have the broken heart and walk out.

I was having the same issue until i read threw a few post and came about one saying move around table , etc. around ur cash reg. and i did that and my customers started coming threw and eating food.
