old goals for new players

As the title suggests, I was just wondering if the new players ever get any of the old goals? So far I've done the back to school and Newyork one so I'm pretty new.

I started playing in April & I haven't seen any options for old goals. I saw someone post a suggestion that they could even charge gems to do it. I just want some of the older decor! Here's hoping more players ask for this.

Old goals have not be released.
