Transfer Account to New Device

I am getting the new iphone today and wonder if I'll be able to transfer my account/game progress to my new device?

When I got my current phone 2 years ago I couldn't figure out if there was a way to do so but since I had just barely started playing the week before, I just made a new account. Now I am level 50 with tons of gems so I don't really want to lose all the progress. So does anyone know- is there a way to transfer the account to a new device?

You can email support@storm8.com and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

I have the same issue, but reading through the "New Logon Feature" thread, I don't see that it's available for Castle story, and I certainly can't find it on my game. Is game transfer my only option?

You can use the login feature thru Restaurant or Bakery Story. It's very easy to do. Download one & play a level or 2 and then tap the S8 logo in the upper right corner, tap Account Settings to put in your ID & password.

All storm 8 games under that ID are now playable on your new device. Just download CS to start playing your game from the old device.

I use the login feature almost every day to get gifts or send requests to a another CS game from an old iPad. It's so quick & easy.

yes you can do either. You can have a separate Kingdom on each device, or switch between both on either device.
