Confused as to how to level up in this game

Hi i am doing this as a goal for bakery story but i am having a hard time leveling up i just don't know how to go about it:confused:

can someone guide me as to how to level up so i can collect the gems for this game

theres quite a few things you can do to gain the Exp points (anything that has a purple star). You can evolve dragons, clear foliage, buy habitats, plant and harvest food, etc
