Royal maze garden upgrade- mythic essence not available

How do I get a mythic essence ? It does not appear anywhere, but I have 1 in my stoorage

I am on level 40. I have completed all tasks in upgrading the royal maze except for crafting 5 mythic essence. I have 1 mythic essence but I do not know how I got it. The potion shop does not give me an option to craft mythic essence. Advice?

Have you done Ivy/Greselda's goals where you learn about adamant and how to craft it? In that goal sequence you learn the recipe for mythic essence.

If you are lucky, you might get one when you do the Sovereign Trade during the current Troll Trader event.
