i can't find the bbq grill in the appliance section.

Do you mean the BBQ Stove? That was an appliance released with the July goals; you'll only have it in your appliance section if you unlocked it during that time.

It's towards the very back of the appliance section. It is a goal item though, so if you haven't completed the goals, you will have to wait and see if S8 re-releases it. That is, IF they do.
