Disappearing gifts and tips - able to tip and gift over and over again!

For the last few days, I have not been able to gift or tip: when I tip a neighbour and returns to his restaurant 5 minutes later, the tips are gone and I can tip again! Every time I visit the same neighbour, I can tip and tip and tip (multiple times) but the tips disappear and my neighbours claim that they never got my tips... The same goes for gifts: I can gift several times in a row to the same person, but my neighbours say they never get my gifts!

* Restaurant story version 1.5.5.9

Sorry to hear about this. It does sound like you are having some connections issues. When you visit your Neighbors and Tip, please try waiting a few before returning to your Restaurant or closing your game.
