Erroneous bad bingos

While in the tournament I get bad bongos on osscasion. I check called card spots and they are correct. I had two just today. Why is this. I also recommend verifying gem numbers used as on several occasions these don't match numbers used in a game. If we are paying we should have an accurate Accounting. I do love the game though.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that! In some Tournaments, you may not have the usual Win Patterns one may be used to while playing Bingo. We suggest double checking the Win Patterns before you enter a Tournament to prevent receiving bad bingos. Hope that helps!
