Icons/pictures beside Restaurant names

I've seen names with icons of flowers beside it and many others. How do they do it?

They are called emoji's. You activate them by General, Settings, Keyboard, Add keyboard, scroll thru list and select emoji. Then (On iOS), there is a button next to '123' on your keyboard, press and start designing! You can use them on wall messages and in game names as you've seen. Good luck!
