DS Harvest Festival BUG ?

It's just basic DS lacking all the new land which doesn't even show the couple plots that couldn't be removed previously but now can on the regular DS.

Is this going to be fix ?
For now I'm continuing to use only the regular edition.

Yeah I'm kind of wondering what the point of this version is. Is this for people who can't use the regular DS? Harvest Moon did have Fortune but I see that's gone now...
