I see it mentioned in a certain recent thread, but it is not in the list of goals on HUB.

It is the last step from 9/3's update. Yes it is the step to level up your faerie bowl to level 5.

I'm still on Level 3 of the bulb trying to get to Level 4. So only those that gemmed through the Faerie Bulb & got it to Level 5 will be able to do this goal...lol
