I found this on my train delivery menu...where can I make the seasoned egg?

That's the truffle egg, made in the Deli. You would need 3 eggs, 1 truffle butter, 1 cheese, and 1 truffle shavings to make it.

Just to add, you will need to expand to the truffle forest if you have not. Once you have expanded and repaired, new truffle recipes according to your level will show up in your machines.

If you are on an Apple device, it is in the upper left of your farm, just to the left of the mine. You need to be level 30 to expand to that (along with having expansion papers, land deeds, and old maps). I do not know how many of each you will need offhand, but once you expand to that space, you will then need to fix it up before you can go truffle hunting.

If you are on an Android, this is not available to you and I have no idea why you'd be asked for a truffle egg.
