Max on Appliances?

First time poster here so bare with me.

I noticed that I maxed out on appliances and I have 18 out on my bakery so is there only 18 appliances total we can have?

Not a maximum of 18 appliances but 18 appliance slots. You can store the ones you have out and take out another 18 if you want. But as far as the slots go, yes we only have 18 free but you can buy extra appliance slots for 49 gems each.

That is right, need 49 gems for extra appliances.
