Unlock baby in Baby U?

i have one baby left - how do I unlock it in Baby U?

You need to earn 3 Stars on every level in Baby U to unlock the last baby.

You still have 134/135. It looks like you still have only 2 Stars on level 160. Once you get 3 Stars on that level, you should be able to unlock the Baby.
