Bakery problem with goals and bugged..

Hello guys i have a problem with my account on bakery story.The problem is that i dont have anymore recipe goals?why was that?the only that i have is from other games that is connected with bakery story.Also my game is bugged because i didn't finish one recipe and if i want to finish this recipe i have to buy it with 99 gems...and everytime when i am was finishing another recipe he is going back to the (first) recipe from 1 level and then i have to press click all the recipes that i allready cooked to finally reach to the new one..I send screenshots about goals.http://prntscr.com/8fhslv http://prntscr.com/8fht33 http://prntscr.com/8fhtbz http://prntscr.com/8fhtpg help me plz..

This would mean you've either completed the goal OR the monthly goal has expired. This is why you're not seeing monthly goals and only the game goals.

Oh and judging by those pictures. Those goal items are no longer avaliable hense why they are locked. They were goal items back in 2013/2014. You'll never know but they might bring them back out in the future. I'm sorry :(

My game is like that a month now..My bakery level is 38 and i'v lost only one recipe - goal..only one...That means that i should have recipes and not lose them all...I think there is more goals to do ingame but somehow stucked..I don't know what happend..

Oh if they are locked - you need to reach a certain level to get them unlocked but i think some are past goal items.

can you send a photo of what you mean regarding the loss of recipe?

I think if i remember right that i lost the (pie bakers goal) but i dont remember in which level was,but i am pretty sure that was on august goal...sorry for my english..http://prntscr.com/8fi7be

Ahhh that means the goal has expired and it was part of an reward and you can't get those items. Unless TL bring them back as a LTO

You probably finished all the beginner and monthly goals. All past goals are limited and thus, gone, even though you can still see them in the store, stupid right?

the funny thing is that i send an email to them..3 times now..and their last message is THAT:

Was the pop up asking for 99 gems for the July goal?

I 've lost one recipe means that i didn't coocked this recipe on time..Time expired so i lost the recipe and i lost the goal of this recipe.From then the game stucked - bugged and i don't have recipes- goals to do...my account is like this a month now..and my level is 39.When i lost the recipe after 5 days for 2 weeks recieving a message to complete this lost recipe with 99 gems..i didn't have 99 gems..end of story :D

Okay so let me see if I understand what you are saying. So you did the goal up till the second to last recipe and didn't get far enough to unlock the last recipe in the goal? Then when the goal was over it asked you if you wanted to buy the goal prize for 99 gems?

Did you get the goal for the artist stall for August? If you did get it did you finish it?

You should email tl support so their agent can log into your game and see what's the problem with your game.

If you're on android, you may find old goals appearing in your game and will ask you to "unlock" or "complete" for gems... DO NOT click OK as you'll lose your gems and you won't get the rewards. This is common for android users.

Yes i am from anroid and of course this message apear but i didn't have enough gems to unlock it anyway..I didn't click anything.i've just pass it..as i say yesterday and i click one by one all the recipes that i cook from level 1 until my level that i had in real time..

if you don't want to close all the windows individually every time, leave the game, and clear its memory under your device's settings, then go back in and the popups should be gone.

Sometimes when goals expire you will see an offer to complete the goal with gems. Sounds like this may be what you seeing. If you see this message again, please obtain a screenshot and reply back to your
support email and send them a copy of this message.

As others have stated, once you complete all goals offered you will no longer have any to do until new ones are released.
