Country Flags in gifts

I'm curious after ALL the different goals that had country flags in them has gone away, why is the Mexican flag the ONLY FLAG still in gifts? Also so are the other Mexican gifts...I see no reason they are still there to have to scroll through. Why haven't they been deleted along with the rest of the countries items?
