Free gem videos

So I've been watching the free gem videos, but last night and this morning they won't load. I've tried on both my tablet and phone, neither will work. Tried turning them off and back on, nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had a few that didn't seem to load, but I tried back about an hour later and I clearly got a different ad (straight load vs that dark screen with the loading circle) and it went just fine. I missed a couple of gems to "This video did not finish playing," even though it had, so I'm guessing there are just a few bad ads in the mix today. Not much you can do but keep trying, it is free stuff after all. Good luck.

The gems for videos is something they've been testing on and off. Some people have videos that speed up cooking too. There are plenty of threads this summer with the details.

If you have speed up cooking videos then you will not have free gems video. If you have free gems videos then you will not have speed up cooking videos. No one can have both free gems and speed up cooking videos at the same time. All those players that have this video watching features are lucky ones.

No, you've gotten like 5 years of free gems for version downloads... Or are you going to post the same thing in each thread?

I was trying to help the original poster fix/understand an in game ERROR. Sorry you feel the need to turn it into another "us" vs "them" thread.
