Salmon?

Anyone enlighten me on what the salmon is for?
I fished with the new lure that picked 10 of them up but what now?

If you have the water garden and the sushi shop then the salmon can be used for making sushi. Otherwise, they might appear in plane and train deliveries. They do make good money selling though!

I'm just not getting any land deeds had 1 a week ago or so but nothing
So I'm a bit frustrated with this game
