Having stored my level 9 vineyard from the last event, I was trying to see what's cost effective to upgrade with gems.
the drops for level 10 are: random drops of 1-3 coal, 1-3 water, 1-2 sugar, 1 -2 purple petal, 1 jewels, 1-2 strawberries
Now for this event the highest level building drops carrots, horse hair and some other stuff. I believe that this would be the best to upgrade. It takes 1 day to harvest carrots vs 4 hours for cane on the vineyard, and you can get ponds cheaply. In addition to less need for the vineyard with 4 mines. Are there ANY OTHER event buildings that you feel would be worth upgrading (compare them)?
