"Apple pie of my eye"

On the apple pie of my eye goal(prt 1),says to unlock apples,well,mine have been unlocked for a long time,and it's not checked off,it's the only part of that first goal that's holding me back,and no way am I going to gem it.yes,I collected apples after receiving goal,still didn't check off

Mine were initially locked also. I didn't collect apples. A while later I made a yogurt parfait and when I checked it after that the apples were checked off. Have no idea if it was the yogurt parfait or anything else. But eventually it should be checked off.
