Missing Raven Symbol

I completed the 6th goal for the Alaskan Cruise Event but I did not get the Raven Symbol. I can't find it in my Inventory. The same problem happened to me during the Wedding Cruise Event as well. This game has too many bugs and issues, hope it will be resolved soon and I can get my Raven Symbol reward back.

Try restarting your game or device, then check under decorations again.
