Timer on eggs and carrots have changed

i just noticed that instead of 5 secs to get eggs, it now takes 15 minutes. It used to take 20 minutes to get carrots but now it takes 45 minutes. Why would you guys change these timers in the middle of an event? This is really frustrating and unfair. Once this event, I don't see myself continuing with this game.

Never mind. It looks like this was a glitch. The timers are back to normal.
