Tasks in BS

My friend's bakery story-valentine has these tasks that she can complete to earn higher exp points, but mine don't have. Our BS is the same valentines version, why?

I don't get the quests either but my Sister does. We both have an Ipad and the only difference is that I downloaded Valentine BS 1 week before she did! I'd love to know why I don't get them!!!

don't be too upset. After you get throug ha few they want you to do things like it is a brand new bakery. I stopped when they wanted me to buy to CHRISTMAS chairs and tables.... really? It is February.

I completed a task Listed on bakery story valentines day in the bakery story. I didn't get credit for it! Everything else syncs between the two apps, why not that?????
