I can't play bakery or restaurant anymore on my phone. They won't let me cook. Too much graphics I think. I'm hoping to get a new phone by first of year Will I be deleted for inactivity?

You can set your ID and password at top right hand corner of the screen (tortoise logo) so that next time you can get back your account.

Your game progress is saved on S8's servers. When you come back your game progress will still be there.
Make sure you have a storm ID and password set up for your current games, so when you get your new device you can transfer the games over.

As for neighbors, you can try to post on your own wall that you will be back playing soon and please do not delete you.
For really good neighbors you can post on their walls that you will be back playing soon.
