How do you get an Alicorn?

Out of interest, I've been playing for a few years now and am still curious about how to get an Alicorn, (apart from buying one)?
I have the pink one and the wedding one, but not the actual 600 gems white one - why does it have the crafting box next to it?
What can I do to be able the craft one?

If you do not have the Love Shack building where Alicorns are crafted, you can only purchase Alicorns with gems.
