View Full Version : Can't connect to all story games with wifi

I don't know where to put this since it happens to every Storm8 games to me.
Connection with 3G is fine but very slow whilt I got please connect to internet while connecting with wifi.
The other apps such as FFRK, BF, FB, LINE, all google stuffs are fine with wifi. I don't know what is wrong.

Sorry to hear about that!

When you start a session, make sure you have force closed since your previous session and that you have a stable internet connection. When you hit Try Again, are you able to connect?

I tried everything even delete and redowanload the app. Nothing works.

Email sent. More info, I'm using Sony Xperia Z3 with android 5.1.1.
Also live in Bangkok. Not sure if it's being your server serving this zone or something.

Yes, as same mine, for now I reset network setting every 40-45 mins.

I live in Bangkok too and same problem. Can't get on any Storm8 games.

None is resolved huh? Both annoying notification and can't connect with wifi.
If this isn't resolved within Friday, I'll just uninstall all of storm8 games and go on with others.
