Silver and Gold

Anyone else having a serious lack of silver being dropped? I'm working on the fairy respite and I'm out of silver still from making all of the platters for the original trade!! I have a million rocks and the rocks don't drop enough nor do my mines. Same with the ever rare gold pieces!!! Frustrating!
Any advice out there would be greatly appreciated! 😀

Dark Cave formation drops a bit of silver. I've gotten several from dark caves adventures.

I don't have any problem with silver, but at one castle I rarely ever get gold nuggets, no matter how hard I try. I could not finish the other goals on this castle which needed gold and I am afraid I won't be able to finish this one. There should be at least one reliable resource for everything.
