Lots of blank neighbor stores

What's up with that? I suddenly have neighbors I don't recognize, and their stores have numbers, but when I go to them the stores are empty.

Sorry to hear that! Could you try force closing and restarting it and see if they're still there? If they are, could you write into support@storm8.com with some screenshots of the neighbours you do not recognize and PM me the ticket number? Thanks!

I am getting the same problem. They are my neighbours but though the list says they have x amount of items for sale, when I click their store it is empty. The items for sale number will drop to zero but the farm stays in the same place in my list and a few minutes later the number has gone back up to the original number.

I am playing on an iPad mini (just updated the iOS, although this was happening before) but can't see how to take screen shots when looking at people's stores as there are no icons available.

Force closing makes no difference. I will try reinstalling.

EDIT - reinstalling made no difference
