Wow! This tourney is going super badly for me! I'm only on round 4 and have lost twice with 75% chance of winning. Also lost the first round 2 or 3 times. Good luck everyone!
Two losses in the first 5 rounds by my Guardian Angel grrr would really really like to win my second champion but these early losses coupled with my difficulty loading the game don't think it's gonna happen oh well it is only day 1
I noticed that, when you loose early battles that give you high chances of winning, the later battles are often easy. So I'm always glad when I have lost 2-3 battles in the first 10 rounds...

How come the tournament had 5 days left. I mean I saw this 5 days on the icon I guess two hours ago n wanted to ask but forgot. I remember I logged in last evening and both the spin and tournament werent up. So its not even 20 hours if I go by even that time. The package deal that time had 2 hours and some minutes left to expire. I mean even the wheel icon is showing 7 days and not 6. How come a full day has expired for the tournament?

In reality 6day tournaments always only last 5 1/2 days... They start at 19.30 CET (or 10.30 am at TL headquarters) and last until 9.00 CET Monday morning (Sunday midnight for TL time). On the other hand the spin the wheel runs the full 7 days (starts at 19.30 CET and ends a week later at the same time). However, if you're lucky you can actually put in an extra spin because the days in Spinning DS are only 22 hours long ��

oh ok. I know abt the spin though and I had been spinning it for 8 days before last three spins. But they don't result well lol.

How we get extra spin? 7 days X 2 hours (24h - 22h)= 14 hours. Not enought time.
Even one extra minute would give you an extra spin (of course, you'd have to be very precise, so that's just a theoretical situation). But look at it on a smaller scale and imagine the wheel lasts one day only. If you get another spin in 22 hours, you can spin twice within the 24 hour period. Now add 6 more days to that. :)

Thank you hun. Well being an android player means my dragons will b stuck at 10. In a way its good since not all my good dragons are epic and getting food is very tough. So its ok lol

Round 15 Diamond 14 defeated by Ninja 14. The champions in these tournaments are a pain in the booty! Second loss to Ninja this time Portal 10 went down. Wonder how many more losses I'm gonna have against this #%^*??€ dragon! Lost Diamond 15 after healing and leveling up for 3rd loss going to try baby Mist next to see if it can take down Ninja! Nope Mist 1 goes down as well.

Wow, my diamond totally rocked! All three champs are defeated by Diamond 14 (I am totally going to make it 15 soon). On round 20 & 25, diamond lost the first time, but it worked the second time. So if you have diamond, definitely level it up & give it a try, and if it lost, just heal it & try again. I think it definitely has one of the best chances against champs.

I am so sick of this game picking and choosing when to reset your progress. I always have trouble with Triceratops and finally beat him with Geode, went about other things in the game, went out, came back for the next battle and behold there was Triceratops again. Everything else I had done, Evolving, the wheel, the mine, were all completed except for my darn battle. I can't stand that. Maybe because I play on Android, the unwanted system of TL/S8.....

I am progressing reasonable well, but get stuck on the l20 champions that all have a 10% chance of winning , no matter what you use, I believe. Is there a strategy on these or is it just a **** shoot, l1 forest same l15 champion? I guess if you fight em 12 times a day, chances are that you might get lucky. Is there any benefit to using an epic diamond or champion? You do lose a lot of money healing these guys as opposed level 1 nobodies. Thanks for any advice!

There isn't much that's good against level 20 champs, pretty much everything has a low percentage of winning. I usually try diamond and infinity and metal, then I start using things that have worked for others on the forum. After 5 losses against the ninja in round 15 I got him with a level 13 fire dragon. I am on Android, level 86 and don't have any diamond or other superdragons either. I took Tanuki with Landworm(10).
Mammoth with Amphora (7).
I lost to Highland 6 (!) times but finally got him with Katsui (7).
I always use only bash.

Heal the diamond and try again. My lvl 15 infinity didn't get it in a first try. After 3 more losses i decided to try newly healed infinity again and it won.. It may help if you can level up diamond too if you haven't already. Good luck!

Wow, my diamond totally rocked! All three champs are defeated by Diamond 14 (I am totally going to make it 15 soon). On round 20 & 25, diamond lost the first time, but it worked the second time. So if you have diamond, definitely level it up & give it a try, and if it lost, just heal it & try again. I think it definitely has one of the best chances against champs.

This was great advice! I force fed Diamond from Level 12 to Level 14 and took down Immortal 18 in one BASH! ️Hooray!

if u have Flametail try that. You can also try any other three color dragon. With champ I mostly avoid using my champs or diamond and diamond hybrids. Best would be to choose one dragon that just grabs ur attention and for whom ur heart says this one. lol sounds like an advice given to select ur spouse lol

I am progressing reasonable well, but get stuck on the l20 champions that all have a 10% chance of winning , no matter what you use, I believe. Is there a strategy on these or is it just a **** shoot, l1 forest same l15 champion? I guess if you fight em 12 times a day, chances are that you might get lucky. I don't think there can be a strategy against Champs. Any dragon can defeat them. But what I felt is that elements work better on them. be it single or three but they have better chances. Do note down ur dragon that won against a difficult opponent coz it helps in next tourneys.

Glad your Diamond worked for you against the champs as for me Ninja has taken down my Diamond twice so far 1st time it was at level 14 2nd time at level 15. Maybe the 3rd time trying my Diamond will result in a victory but not holding my breath!

Had a slow start to the tournament as I stopped on Tuesday after the first four battles as I was still working Dragon Tales...
I was surprised at how relatively cheap it was to upgrade my Diamond to Level 15.
Has anyone else noticed that for Champions, they have two different feeding costs? The difference is not between Rare and Super Rare designation. Battle calculator doesn't indicate that there is any different between the premium fed champion and the publican fed champion.
