Unlocking the "Coming Soon" room

I've been playing a while fulfilling achievements, getting up to level 35 and earning 46000+ points. My top available room is called "The Lucky Shot" with 7200 coins as a prize. Above this one I see another shadowed room with "Coming Soon" label. Is it up to me to unlock it? What should I do for this? I just need another room to win more points per game :)
