Train not delivering gems

my train didn't give me my five gems when it came back to the station. In fact I didn't get anything when it arrived... What's going on with that?

Hey there! Sorry to hear that! If you completed all the orders from the Train, the Train will leave with the box of gifts including 5 Gems. You do not receive Gems when the train comes back. If you have not completed it, once the timer is up, the Train will leave the station. Pending on how much of the orders you fill you will receive different prizes. If you make it to one star, you will get some Coins and XP. Going to two stars will award you a bit of Gems, and if you complete all the orders on the Train, you will receive the 5 Gems. If you complete all the orders and you're still not receiving Gems, please write into support@storm8.com and one of our agents will be able to assist you.
