Can't open game

I installed the advertised Bingo game and played it and now I can't open Dragon Story or Castle Story anymore. FFS and FS2 open after a significant delay.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled DS and CS. There is over 2 Gb free memory on my iPhone.

Okay, it was the Bingo game! As soon as I deleted it, I could open my games again.

Glad to hear that you're able to get into the games again, however, it shouldn't be related to another game. What happened when you weren't able to get in? A connection error?

My moms dragon story won't open on her kindle. She says that it goes to the loading screen, but then goes straight back to the kindle homepage. She doesn't play any other games, she's tried re downloading the game, updating her kindles, clearing the game cache. She hasn't been able to play in 3 or 4 days.

Hi Elsa!
When I tried to open the games they just kept loading and loading and then I got the error screen that there is no internet connection. In FFS there was also a text in the lower left corner of the screen that said request error 1001. So yes, it was a connection error.
It happened again a little after the games started working. Then I shut off my phone and turned it back on and after that everything has been working fine.

Have your mom check her game one more time on Kindle, if it won't load, please ask her to email support@teamlava.com for assistance.

Thanks for the info. Glad to hear that restarting the device resolved your issue. It sounds like the games had a weak connection and it wasn't able to renew to a stronger connection until the connection was re-initiated.

Still can't open my game. Seems like more and more people are having problems with this game not working on Kindles.Tried everything I know but still not working. Everything else works fine. Miss my dragons.
