Level 247 - Weight pals not working?

I'm completely stuck at this level, so I have tried just about every possible pal in the level colors... and I have noticed that the weight pals (i only have blue - Slappy and green - Bill) don't do anything? So I am waiting until after I have gotten rid of the blue and green twisters, then watched whether any weights were removed once one of them is getting to the end of the line. Nothing happens. :confused:
