Forgotten Roost

I just used 25 lanterns etc to expand to Forgotten Roost, as seen in the photo it can't be expanded to anymore. But it has given me the task in the second photo which just asks me to expand again with the arrow, third photo. I think this is a bug. What do I do?

Looks like you've already completed this Goal. Next time try force closing your game and see if that helps. :)
