How do you unlink accounts from Game Center?

Who knows how to unlink accounts from Game Center? But I don't want to transfer or use other accounts. I play on iPad. If I don't know how to do this, I'm surely not having a new account on my future iPhone.

You may have already sorted this, but if you swipe left on the game you want to remove from your list of games in Games Centre, a red button shows, with the word 'Remove'. Click on Remove, and voila.
