I got a new phone and although I backed up my game, it is asking me to start over! Help I was on level 49!! My kingdoms name is Wisperia and my storm8 ID is valeriejo11

Thank you! I tried all of those things and no where on my game does it offer a login or logout option or to choose another login...so discouraged.

CS does not have a login option..u have to download bakery or restaurant story .in the top right corner ,click the icon and open account settings and u will get login to another account option..when u open your old account,it will apply to all s8 games

Castle Story does not have a login option as stargaze said. You can use Restaurant or Bakery Story to do the login.

bakery story and restaurant story are games that allow you to switch between accounts
but you must set a password in the settings first to be able to do so.
if you have never done this on your old device, and are not able to do so now,
i think you have to contact support@teamlava.com

after you switched id in one of those games, when you start any other tl/s8 game, that will use that id.
