For instance, if you have 20 counters with 20 different types of food, is there an order in which the dishes are served? If you have more servings of one dish, does that affect the order in which it is sold?

It's randomly sold from the counters, but in an even manner. So it's not like it's sold left to right or right to left.

If you have ten counters with french toast then you'll end up selling more french toast in tour restaurant. If you have ten counters each selling different dishes then they all seem to sell at an even rate off the counters.

Oh okay. I think I thought that if you had, say, 2000 stew but only 100 french toast, possibly the french toast sold slower since there is less of it. But your explanation is that they would both sell at the same rate of speed, and the french toast would just be gone much more quickly. Thanks for taking the time to answer!
