HOORAY! Open the Valentine box Where is that?

I've got this message when i startup my app this morning
[HOORAY! Open the Valentine Box to receive exclusive items! (Tap Design, then the second last tab)

Where is the "Design" button locate?
At the menu
I only have "Messages, Social, Settings, Help/FAQ, and Mini Game"

anyone can help?

No idea. I think mssg is in the wrong game. I double checked, but all looks the same. Probably meant for the cooking games.

But it's also to let ppl know where to find their item when they buy a valentine box. Some thought the item would just appear.

It doesn't . Once u buy the valentine box, the item you got is placed in the design tab. For city, it's put in your inventory.
