Cake toppers to bake cake

So it takes around 4 hours. The first time I got 1 and the second time I only got 2.

Can we make the time from 4 hours to 2 hours or give more toppers?

Kind of a slap in the face with completing the event and this have to wait for so little toppers.

What annoys me is that we need 8 of them to make ONE cake. Yes, we get $3 for them but I think the quantity should be much higher.
