Level 19, bug my stars pointes are not counting

Hi I'm playing the game for the free gems reward
...
I need to get at lv. 20 but now I'm at lv. 19 and the points to reach lv. 20 are still the same as I begon.
Can you please fix this?

To see how much XP you have, check the number next to the star with your level in the top right corner. Please note that if the amount of XP required is high, you may not see the progress bar move, but you will always see the number increase when you earn XP.
