dragaon scales without purchasing a dragaon

Anyone know how to obtain dragon scales without buying a dragon?

you can ask your neighbors on their walls to gift you dragon scales. or your own wall, if you have neighbors who read your wall. not totally sure why you want them, but that's the only way to get them.

If you don't buy a dragon, the parts will just sit in your inventory. You can't do anything with it other than build a dragon army.
