Fixing gifting issues??

I know I could post this in bugs/issues section but there doesn't seem to be anything new to report on there. Are they ever going to fix the gifting issues ?? Seems like it's been awhile with the issues not addresses:(

I still haven't updated bakery story yet, thankfully. I did update restaurant story and HATE IT. Too bad it wasn't an issue where we could only send gems to our neighbours instead. I bet that would have gotten fixed the same day!
