How to get dragons above level 10

I am trying to find out how to get my dragons above level 10. I have been going against level 14 dragons in the battle arena.

Level 10 is the current Max level for our dragons.

The recent update said something about now you can breed past level 10, all the way to 15. They must havenot pushed the Go button on it yet though.

Use the new Noble Crystal to take your dragons to new heights: you can now raise your dragons to level 15!

They'll give us a new Noble Crystal, which is required to go beyond Lv10, more info will have to wait until the update is finally here
