Processing is too long

When I send gifts or accept friend's request, the board "processing" pops up and loading too long. So I have to cancel the game. As the result, the game doesn't save my last activities. The situation stays for a week.
I have already restarted phone and installed RS again but the problem isn't fixed.
My game version is 1.5.5.9
Phone version is android 4.1.2

Hey there! Sorry to hear that! Do you happen to have any applications running in the background? If you are, could you try force closing them? Could you also try making sure your connection to the internet is strong? Doing both might help with the processing. Please let us know if that helps!
