Can someone explain what exactly are the tips for? When you get them what are you suppose to do with them?

You tap on them to collect them. I believe you get 20 coins from each tip and 1 XP. Make sure you tip the person back who tips you. You can see who tips you in your News Feed. You can tip ppl who are not your neighbor 3 times (on 3 different tables that don't already have tips on them) and you can tip your neighbors 6 times. The more you tip, the higher your star rating will go. But it only goes up to a 4, and if you stop tipping for a while it'll start to go down.
